What is Functional Fitness?
Its programming designed to make you better at accomplishing your ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). Certainly those activities vary from individual to individual, but the workouts we perform will make it easier to get through whatever challenges YOUR day throws at you.

Small class sizes (under 20), means personal attention for each individual. You will receive the modifications, progressions and coaching you need to optimize YOUR workout and achieve your fitness goals.
